WHOLESALE
If you are a retailer, you will need to register and provide us a copy of a current business license before you can be approved to enter our site, as the products you will see are very exclusive. The store information will be checked thoroughly!
Our products are only available to retail stores and select websites. We have a very strict criteria for e-tailers. First, you must have a store front. Only stores that carry our products will be allowed to put them on their websites. Second, only the product that is purchased for the store will be authorized for the web. You will only be provided images for products you currently purchase and stock in store. This is to keep our products special and more unique. Third, a minimum retail price will be established for each item. The goal here is to create a tool to drive business back to the stores or to supplement your store sales.
E-TAILERS and CATALOG COMPANIES
Since our products are primarily available to retail stores, we will have select product available for the web as well. This is a great way for us to bring to you fresh product that rotates quickly and available for a limited time. It is also products that will be the best value and assist your bottom line. We also specialize in sourcing, so we can bring your online store, products that are exclusive to you. Web is hard because once you find a great item, it is then all over every site. VOLUME DISCOUNTS
Please email us at wholesale@modernmaterialsdesign.com for additional information and please provide a listing of the items you would like considered. Discounts will only be considered over $5000.

DESIGN TRADE and HOSPITALITY
This is our specialty! We have helped many leading architects and designers with modern residential apartments, houses, building, hotels, restaurants and commercial spaces. Please, sign up for our TRADE program. As part of the program, we do require proper credentials and may require copy of business licensing to insure you are currently active in the trade.
TRADE AND CHECK ACCEPTANCE
For the trade, we can take business checks. Please note that the check will need to arrive before order is placed and shipped. Please allow proper time for this.
